    Since the publication of the first version of the "Discussion Paper for Dialogues on Practices of IT Governance at Financial Institutions" (Discussion paper) on June 21, 2019, the FSA has maintained dialogues with financial institutions on IT governance. Considerable progress in digital transformation (DX) has been made by financial institutions with the use of IT and digital technologies. To reflect these recent developments, the FSA updated the Discussion Paper in June 2023 following a public consultation in April-May 2023.

    Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended (“Act”), and Section 40.2(a) of the regulations promulgated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the “Commission”) under the Act (the “Regulations”), North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc. (“Nadex”, the “Exchange”), Nadex self-certified the terms and conditions for its new HBAR Cryptocurrency Event Contracts. These contracts will be listed on or after trade date May 10, 2024.

  • TMX Group Prices $300 Million Private Placement Debenture Offering

    TMX Group Limited ("TMX Group") today announced that it has priced a Canadian private placement offering (the "Offering") of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 4.747% Series J Senior Unsecured Debentures due May 26, 2026 (the "Debentures") to accredited investors in Canada. The Debentures will be direct senior unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of TMX Group and will rank pari passu with all other senior unsecured and unsubordinated indebtedness of TMX Group.
