The Financial Stability Board (FSB) today published a report on crypto-assets, which considers work underway, regulatory approaches and potential gaps. The report is being delivered to G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors for their meeting in Fukuoka on 8-9 June.

HKEX: Forfeiture Of Unclaimed Final Dividend For 2012

On 17 April 2019, HKEX announced that, pursuant to HKEX’s Articles of Association, the final dividend for 2012 of HK$1.46 per share, payable on 31 May 2013 and remaining unclaimed on 31 May 2019, would be forfeited and would revert to HKEX.  Accordingly, the unclaimed final dividend for 2012 amounting to HK$8,478,845.74 is forfeited and reverts to HKEX today. 

Notice On Releasing The Operational Guidelines For The Futures Trader Eligibility Rules Of The Shanghai Futures Exchange

To further enhance the eligibility management of traders and regulate relevant business processes, the Shanghai Futures Exchange has formulated the Operational Guidelines for the Futures Trader Eligibility Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange (“Operational Guidelines”) (Appendix 1) in accordance with the Futures Trader Eligibility Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange. The Operational Guidelines is hereby released，and take effect as of the date of promulgation. The Operational Guidelines for the Options Investor Eligibility Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange shall be repealed simultaneously.
