Today, the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) issued the Notice of Matters Concerning the Reporting on the Program Trading of Convertible Corporate Bonds (the “Notice” for short) to establish the reporting system for the program trading of convertible bonds. In line with corporate responsibility efforts, a Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign was held in the month of October 2020 where Bursa Malaysia Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia” or the “Exchange”) pledged RM10 for every CDS account opened by female investors. Notice On Issuing Measures On The Management Of Actual Control Accounts Of CFFEX

China Financial Futures Exchange (the “Exchange”) hereby releases the Measures on the Management of Actual Control Accounts of China Financial Futures Exchange. The measures have been reported to the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), and will take effect on February 8, 2021. The Guidelines on the Reporting of Actual Control Accounts of China Financial Futures Exchange (Provisional) issued on March 14, 2011 will be abolished simultaneously.
