BOX Exchange LLC (“BOX” or the “Exchange”) is issuing this Regulatory Circular to remind Participants that Floor Brokers must announce agency cabinet orders that they are representing to the trading crowd under Exchange Rule 7620 (Accommodations Transactions) in conformance with BOX Rules. Accommodation Transactions are bids and offers at a price of $1 per option contract for the account of a customer or Floor Market Maker that may only be executed on the Exchange’s Trading Floor in open outcry pursuant to the BOX Rule 7600 Series. This includes agency cabinet orders which are executed as split-price transactions.
