Shenzhen Stock Exchange Signs Memorandum Of Cooperation On Investor Education With China University Of Political Science And Law et al.

On December 19, Shenzhen Stock Exchange ("SZSE") enterred into a Memorandum of Cooperation ("MoC") on Investor Education with China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), Securities Association of China (SAC), Beijing Office of China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and Guosen Securities Company Limited. The five parties intend to strengthen cooperation on diverse educational programs on futures and securities, including offering basic courses, conducting campus knowledge competitions and promoting futures and securities knowledge, in order to carry out investor education in the campus and communicate the basic knowledge of the securities sector to university students. This is a major step forward in our efforts to implement the guiding principles of the Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Further Strengthening the Protection of Lawful Rights and Interests of SMEs on the Capital Market, and to incorporate investor education into the national education system in accordance relevant work arrangements of CSRC.

Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange has decided upon discussion to exempt the position opening fee for hedging purpose, delivery fee, registered warehouse receipt transfer fee (including the transfer fee incurred in the EFP process), service fee for using standard warehouse receipt as margin for all futures contracts in 2022.
