MIAX Exchange Group Options Exchanges Rollback Of Certain Non-Transaction Fee Changes

Effective March 1, 2022, the tiered 10Gb ULL connectivity, Full Service MEO Port, additional Limited Service MEI Port, Trading Permit, and cToM data fee changes originally established for July and August 2021, and announced in the July 1, 2021 MIAX cToM Alert, July 1, 2021 Emerald cToM Alert, July 1, 2021 Pearl Options MEO Port & Trading Permit Alert, and August 1, 2021 10Gb & LSP Alert, will be rolled back and revert to the fee amounts in place prior to the July 1 and August 1 fee changes.  This is as a result of the recent suspension of such fee changes by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

U.S. Department Of The Treasury: Preliminary Report On Foreign Holdings Of U.S. Securities At End-June 2021

Preliminary data from the June 2021 benchmark survey of foreign portfolio holdings of U.S. securities were released today on the Treasury website at https://home.treasury.gov/data/treasury-international-capital-tic-system/us-liabilities-to-foreigners-from-holdings-of-us-securities.  Final survey results, which will include additional detail as well as possible revisions to the preliminary data, will be reported on April 29, 2022.  The survey was undertaken jointly by Treasury, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.  The next annual survey will cover holdings at the end of June 2022; preliminary data are expected to be released by February 28, 2023.
