In accordance with section 37 (4) of the German Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz – KWG), BaFin wishes to clarify that Felicity Group LTD, Dominica, has not been granted authorisation under the KWG to conduct banking business or provide financial services. The company is not subject to BaFin’s supervision.

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), the EU’s securities markets regulator, today publishes a call for evidence on a number of retail investor protection topics under MiFID II. These views will feed into ESMA’s technical advice to the European Commission (EC) on the development of its strategy for retail investment.

Along with the calculation of the Index, the activities of companies with high sustainability performance in this field have become more visible in terms of the market. Deutsche Börse’s cash markets generated a turnover of € 156.9 billion in September (previous year: €149 billion).

Boerse Stuttgart Records September Turnover Of Around EUR 7,6 Billion - Securitised Derivatives Show Significant Increase In Trading Volume Compared To The Previous Month

Based on the order book statistics, Boerse Stuttgart generated turnover of around EUR 7,6 billion in September 2021. Securitised derivatives made up the largest share of the turnover. The trading volume in this asset class was around EUR 3,5 billion – an increase of around 11 per cent compared to the previous month. Leverage products generated turnover of over EUR 2,5 billion. Investment products contributed over EUR 991 million to the total turnover, so the trading volume rose by around 26 per cent compared to August.
