The Financial Conduct Authority has fined Barclays Bank Plc (Barclays) £783,800 for oversight failings in its relationship with collapsed payments firm Premier FX. Barclays was Premier FX’s sole banker in the UK.

The total amount of loans held by all banks as of the end of September 2021, based on the definition in the FRA (Act No. 132 of 1998), is 8.0 trillion yen. The figure increased by 0.1 trillion yen from 7.9 trillion yen as of the end of March 2021.
