MIAX Exchange Group - Options Exchanges - April 1, 2022 Non-Transaction Fee Changes

Effective April 1, 2022, pending filing with the SEC, MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, and MIAX Emerald Options will re-establish certain non-transaction fee changes that were previously suspended by the SEC, as described in the February 28, 2022 Alert. These fees are for 10Gb ULL connectivity on MIAX, MIAX Pearl, and MIAX Emerald, Full Service MEO Ports on MIAX Pearl, additional Limited Service MEI Ports on MIAX and MIAX Emerald, Trading Permits on MIAX Pearl, and the cToM data feeds on MIAX and MIAX Emerald.

ETFGI Reports ETFs Industry In Europe Gathered US$11.85 Billion Of Net Inflows In February 2022

ETFGI, a leading independent research and consultancy firm covering trends in the global ETFs and ETPs ecosystem, reported today that the ETFs industry in Europe gathered US$11.85 billion in net inflows in February 2022, bringing year to date net inflows to US$40.91 billion. At the end of the month, assets invested in the European ETFs industry decreased by 1.2%, from US$1.57 trillion at the end of January, to US$1.55 trillion, according to ETFGI's February 2022 European ETFs and ETPs industry landscape insights report, the monthly report which is part of an annual paid-for research subscription service. Share Of Investors In Financial Instrument Turnover On GPW In 2021

- Retail investors generated 22 percent of equity turnover on the GPW Main Market in 2021 (-3 pps YoY). Foreign investors contributed 57 percent of turnover (+1 pps YoY) while Polish institutional investors generated 21 percent (+2 pps YoY).
- On NewConnect, retail investors remained in the lead: their share in turnover was 88 percent (-4 pps YoY). The share of institutional investors grew to 7 percent (+3 pps YoY). The share of foreign investors increased to 6 percent, up by 2 pps YoY.
- Polish institutional investors had the biggest share in futures turnover in 2021 for the first time in 10 years: they generated 41 percent (+5 pps YoY). The share of retail investors dropped by 9 pps YoY to 32 percent of turnover. The share of institutional investors increased by 4 pps to 27 percent, an all-time high.
