In May 2022, trading turnover on SIX Swiss Exchange reached CHF 109.4 billion, 2.8% more than in the previous month, while the number of transactions increased by 13.8% to a total of 5,502,484. Since the beginning of 2022, trading turnover reached CHF 607.9 billion with a total of 29,485,471 transactions. The SMI® fell by 4.3% and reached 11,611.4 points at the end of the month.

The Bank for International Settlements (BIS) today announced that Tao Zhang will join the Bank as Chief Representative for Asia and the Pacific. Mr Zhang will join the BIS on 14 June and will be based at the BIS Representative Office for Asia and the Pacific (Asian Office) in Hong Kong SAR.

Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P. (NYSE: MMP), Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE: EPD) and Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE) today announced that the “no-charge” arrangement between the Magellan East Houston (“MEH”) and the Enterprise Crude Houston (“ECHO”) terminals to transfer crude oil delivered through the Midland WTI AGC futures contract (ICE: HOU) has been expanded to include deliveries conducted via ICE’s Exchange for Physical (“EFP”) and Alternative Delivery Procedure (“ADP”) mechanisms.
