The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced preliminary financial information indicating that the Federal Reserve Banks had estimated net income of $58.4 billion in 2022. EBA Risk Dashboard Shows That Capital And Liquidity Ratios Remain Robust

• The average Common Equity Tier 1 (CET1) ratio declined slightly to 14.8% from 15% in the previous quarter on a fully loaded basis.

The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced that Renee Jones, Director of the Division of Corporation Finance, will depart the agency to return to her faculty position at Boston College Law School, effective Feb. 3, 2023. Erik Gerding, currently the Division’s Deputy Director, will be appointed Director of the Division, effective upon Ms. Jones’s departure.
