The Gulf Investment Awareness Program, “Mulim”, continues receiving applications in the first round of the Smart Gulf Investor Award, an award that was introduced as part of the program’s initiatives and is divided into three main categories: video, photography, and painting. A committee, including experts from across the GCC, was set up to oversee the award process and evaluate the applications received. The award aims to urge GCC citizens and residents to publish awareness posts that help to spread the investment culture and enhance awareness of the importance of saving and investing.

Dalian Commodity Exchange Deals With 68 Cases Of Abnormal Trading In July 2022

Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) continues to investigate and handle abnormal trading activities and violations for the purposes of performing front-line market supervision responsibilities, regulating futures trading activities, preventing and mitigating market risks and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of market participants. In July 2022, a total of 68 cases of abnormal trading were investigated and handled.

Today, SZSE officially issued the Implementation Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange on the Trading of Convertible Corporate Bonds (hereinafter referred to as the Trading Rules) and the Business Guidelines of Shenzhen Stock Exchange for Self-discipline Regulation of Listed Companies No. 15 – Convertible Corporate Bonds (hereinafter referred to as the Self-discipline Regulation Guidelines). It is a measure of SZSE to implement the requirements of the Measures for the Management of Convertible Corporate Bonds, further regulate relevant services concerning convertible bonds, protect investors’ rights and interests, and promote the high-quality development of the convertible bond market.

On July 29, SZSE held the 2022 General Assembly. Representatives from 121 members attended the General Assembly, and representatives, directors and supervisors of special members and members of SZSE’s leadership attended as non-voting delegates. The General Assembly was held in the “onsite + online” form strictly according to routine pandemic control requirements. The General Assembly reviewed and approved the reports on the work of the Board of Directors, General Manager and the Board of Supervisors, as well as annual financial budget and final accounts reports.
