CCP12 – The Global Association of Central Counterparties - has published its response to the Bank of England's Consultation paper on the fees regime for incoming CCPs (Link).
REMIT: In 2022 The Romanian Energy Regulator (ANRE) Issued Fines Totalling EUR 1.3 Million For Market Manipulation

In the period from January until August 2022, ANRE issued 14 decisions fining 13 market participants a total of RON 6,391,316 (approx. EUR 1.3 million) for market manipulation on the Romanian wholesale electricity and gas markets.
