    The world's first exchange-traded temperature-related weather derivatives will begin trading at 9 a.m. (Central time) tomorrow, Wednesday, Sept. 22, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange announced.

  • Change To Standard Tick Sizes For Shares Traded On AEX Stock Market

    On Friday 1 October, Amsterdam Exchanges' stock market will introduce a new standard for tick sizes for shares. The adjusted tick sizes will be based on the closing price of each share on Thursday 30 September. The standard tick size for a share is dependent on the share's absolute price.

    At a meeting on September 17 the IPE Board of Directors agreed to appoint Richard Ward as Chief Executive of the Exchange. Dr Ward has been acting Chief Executive since the beginning of August when the previous incumbent Lynton Jones left the IPE.
