The World Federation of Exchanges (WFE), the global body for exchanges and CCPs, today announced its industry-wide WFE Green Equity Principles, the first global framework for designating stocks and shares as green, thereby countering greenwashing and supporting the enhanced flow of funding towards more sustainable economies.

AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS AG is listed under the symbol ACAG (ISIN: AT0000A325L0) on the prime market, the top segment of the Vienna Stock Exchange. The start of trading was preceded by the merger of the Greek subsidiary INFORM P. LYKOS HOLDINGS S.A. into AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS AG and the issue of new shares during this merger. All shares are now listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange and the Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX). The market capitalization at the start of trading is around 244 million euros, the free float of the group is around 20%. Raiffeisen Bank International AG will act as a market maker for continuous trading.

ESMA’s DLT Pilot Regime goes live as over 50 security tokens now given DTI identifiers

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA)’s Digital Ledger Technology (DLT) Pilot regime is applicable from today. The Pilot allows some exemptions from the EU’s MiFIR and CSDR regimes, making it easier for market participants to trial DLT when trading and settling financial instruments. The Pilot also helps bring pre- and post-trade transparency and market abuse monitoring to DLT-based securities.

According to Article 27 of the Measures for the Administration of Futures Clearing of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange(ZCE) has decided upon discussion that starting from the night trading session on March 24, 2023, the intra-day transaction fee for PTA futures 2305 contract will be adjusted to 3 Yuan per lot.
