Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In The S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index

Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Wednesday, July 23, 2008: The shares of Aeroquest International Limited (TSXVN:AQL) will be removed from the index. The company will graduate to trade on TSX under the same ticker symbol.

The Securities and Exchange Commission today filed fraud charges and obtained an emergency court order to stop a Hillsborough, Calif., investment adviser who is alleged to have misappropriated more than $20 million from investors who were falsely promised that their money would be invested in the stock market.
