Euronext Innovates In Defining New Services In Response To MiFID - Euronext Delivers Best Execution As Required By MiFID
Euronext will be extending its service offering in the run-up to implementation of the EU Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID), set to take effect in November 2007. This new range of services will initially be built around three major projects that Euronext plans to make available from November 1, 2007:

SGX Appoints New Head Of Corporate Communications
Singapore Exchange Limited ("SGX") is pleased to appoint Ms Kelly Long as its new Vice President, Head of Corporate Communications, with effect from 2 February 2007. Ms Long will take over from Mr John Gollifer who will now focus on his role as Head of Investor Relations, as well as leading the industry’s efforts to establish an investor relations association.

January 2007 - Euronext Key Indicators - Busiest Month Ever For Cash Markets - 23.1 Million Cash Transactions, Up 24.1% Year-On-Year - Busiest January Ever For Interest Rate And Commodity Products - 64.3 Million Derivatives Contracts Traded, Up 13% Year-O
Cash products Euronext cash markets registered their busiest month ever in January 2007 with 23.1 million transactions completed, up 24.1% on the same month last year, surpassing the previous record level of 22.1 million transactions registered in May 2006. This represents a record daily average of more than 1 million transactions, up 21.8% on the 2006 daily average of 861,000. Shares 22 million transactions were registered in shares in January 2007

SEC Votes To Propose Expansion Of Interactive Data Voluntary Program - Also Votes To Propose Rules Regarding Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organizations
The Securities and Exchange Commission today voted to publish for comment rule amendments that would expand the agency's interactive data voluntary program to enable mutual funds to submit data tagged risk/return summary information. The Commission also voted to propose rules required under the Credit Rating Agency Reform Act of 2006.

Securities Industry And Financial Markets Association Remembers Nasdaq Founder, Gordon Macklin
The Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) today issued the following statement regarding the passing of Mr. Gordon Macklin, a founder of the Nasdaq, on Tuesday at age 79: “We lost a great leader today,” said Marc Lackritz, co-CEO of SIFMA. “Gordon was instrumental in steering the Nasdaq to become the major market that it is today. The people of our industry, as well as investors, are still benefiting from the innovations he set in motion.”

Chicago Mercantile Exchange Holdings Inc. Raises Quarterly Dividend 37 Percent
Chicago Mercantile Exchange Holdings Inc. (NYSE, Nasdaq: CME) today declared a first-quarter dividend of 86 cents per share, representing a 37 percent increase over the prior-year quarterly dividend of 63 cents per share, payable March 26, 2007 to shareholders of record as of March 9, 2007.
