March Rebalancing For The S&P Asia 50 Index

Standard & Poor’s today announced the March 2009 quarterly share and IWF rebalancing for the S&P Asia 50 Index. The rebalancing effective date is after the close of business on Friday, March 20, 2009.

Taiwan Futures Exchange And NASDAQ OMX Form Exchange Partnership

The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:NDAQ) and the Taiwan Futures Exchange (TAIFEX) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the intent to pursue a business partnership. The two exchanges will share information and best practices regarding product development, market operations and common interest areas in the derivatives market.
