    Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Christopher Cox today named Donald M. Hoerl as the Regional Director of the SEC's Denver Regional Office. The Denver office conducts examination and enforcement activities in Colorado, North Dakota, Kansas, South Dakota, Wyoming and New Mexico.

  • FORTS Trading Results: November 2008

    Over the period November 1st – 28th  2008 the total trading volume on FORTS (Futures & Options on RTS) reached 342,2 billion roubles or 14,2 million contracts, including 89,1 bln. roubles in the evening trading session. At the end of the month the total open interest reached 94,8 billion roubles in money terms or 2,8 million contacts.

  • Federal Reserve Announces The Extension Of Three Liquidity Facilities Through April 30, 2009

    In light of continuing strains in financial markets, the Federal Reserve on Tuesday announced the extension through April 30, 2009, of three liquidity facilities: the Primary Dealer Credit Facility (PDCF), the Asset-Backed Commercial Paper Money Market Fund Liquidity Facility (AMLF), and the Term Securities Lending Facility (TSLF). These facilities had previously been authorized through January 30, 2009.
