Deutsche Börse : Unscheduled Adjustment In MDAX - Free-Float Adjustment For Hypo Real Estate Holding AG As Of 12 May 2009

Deutsche Börse has announced an unscheduled adjustment to the free float of Hypo Real Estate Holding AG in the MDAX®. Following the expiry of the term of acceptance of the takeover bid for Hypo Real Estate Holding AG by the German federal government via the Financial Market Stabilization Fund, represented by the Financial Market Stabilization Agency, the free float of the MDAX member altered by more than 10 percent. The company’s free float and share capital will thus be adjusted accordingly
NSX Limited Board Recommends NZX Takes 50.1% Stake

The Board of NSX Limited (NSX) has recommended to their shareholders today that NZX acquires a 50.1% stake in the business. This acquisition of a 50.1% stake in NSX is subject to NSX shareholder approval.

The final estimate for the 2009 hard red winter wheat tour sponsored by the Wheat Quality Council was announced today at the Kansas City Board of Trade. The final participant estimate for the three-day tour average was a yield of 40.8 bushels per acre, 2.5 bushels lower than the 2008 estimate of 43.3 bushels per acre.
