Deutsche Börse: Scoach Now Trading On Fully Electronic Platform Xetra European Exchange For Certificates And Warrants Transfers Around 300,000 Securities - Over 100 New Foreign Trading Participants - Private Investors From Across Europe Set To Benefit Fr

Scoach, the European exchange for certificates and warrants, has been offering trading in around 300,000 products on a new version of the fully electronic trading platform, Xetra, since Monday. This means that, with immediate effect, over 260 banks and brokerage firms – 100 of which are based abroad – have direct access to the world's broadest range of structured products. In the past, these products were traded on the trading floor of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

SGX MSCI Asia APEX 50 Index Futures To List On 21 May 2008

Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX) announced today that it will list the SGX MSCI Asia APEX 50 Index futures for trading on 21 May 2008. This is the first internationally available pan-Asian futures contract based on the MSCI Asia APEX 50 Index.

Sandvik Fined By The Disciplinary Committee Of The OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm

The exchange-listed company Sandvik contravened generally acceptable practices in the securities market by circumventing the Swedish Companies Act's so-called Lex Leo rules. According to these rules, an exchange-listed company may not transfer the shares of a subsidiary to its president without the approval of a general meeting of shareholders.
