NYSE Euronext (NYX) today announced that Mr. Vincent Van Dessel has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Euronext Brussels and as a member of the Managing Board of Euronext N.V. He will also be appointed as a member of the Management Committee of NYSE Euronext. The appointments are subject to the non-objection or approval of the Belgian regulator CBFA, Euronext N.V.’s College of Regulators and the Dutch Minister of Finance.
