Enforcement Director Gregory Mocek To Leave CFTC - Mocek Led The Division Of Enforcement To Historic Highs For Case Filings, Penalties, And Complex Manipulation Investigations
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC or Commission) today announced that Gregory Mocek, Director of the Division of Enforcement will be leaving the Commission within 60 days to return to private practice as a Partner in the Energy and Derivatives Markets Practice Group at McDermott Will & Emery.

NYSE Regulation Announces July Disciplinary Actions Against 5 Individuals
NYSE Regulation, Inc. today announced Monthly Disciplinary Actions for July 2008. NYSE Regulation undertakes disciplinary action to enforce violations of NYSE rules and federal securities laws by member organizations, as well as current and former employees of those organizations. ISE Introduces New Order Routing System - New Routing System Reduces Latency For ISE's Options Exchange
The International Securities Exchange (ISE) today announced that it has introduced a new ISE Order Routing System (IORS2) for its options exchange. The new, internally developed routing system connects ISE members using API or FIX connections to ISE's options exchange interface. Changes To The Group Executive Board Of Swiss Financial Market Services
There are set to be two changes to the Group Executive Board of Swiss Financial Services AG (SFMS). Bond Exchange Of South Africa Limited (BESA) – Q2/2008 Performance Update To June 2008
During the second quarter of 2008, the Bond Exchange of South Africa Limited (BESA) recorded a material increase in total turnover, with daily trades averaging R87.8 billion and total monthly turnover increasing from R1.573 trillion in May to R1.755 trillion in June, the highest monthly volume ever recorded on the Exchange.
