UK's Financial Services Authority: Former Stockbroker Charged For Boiler Room Related Offences

The Financial Services Authority (FSA) yesterday charged former stockbroker David Roger Griffiths Mason of Southend on Sea, Essex, with five offences including making misleading statements to investors, conspiracy to defraud and money laundering.
