    CBOE Holdings, Inc. yesterday announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 11.7 million shares of CBOE Holdings Inc.’s unrestricted common stock at a price of $29 per share.  The Company's unrestricted common stock will begin trading on Nasdaq OMX's (NDAQ.O) Nasdaq Stock Market on June 15, 2010 under the symbol "CBOE."
