Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Thursday, December 23, 2010: Tagish Lake Gold Corp. (TSXVN:TLG) will be removed from the index. The shares of the company have been acquired by New Pacific Metals Corp. pursuant to an Arrangement Agreement. Golden Goose Resources Inc. (TSXVN:GGR) will be removed from the index. The shares of the company will be delisted following a business combination with Kodi

Schapiro regarding today's announcement by the Board of Trustees of the Financial Accounting Foundation that the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) has appointed Leslie F. Seidman as FASB Chairman, effective immediately. Ms. Seidman has been a FASB member since July 2003 and has served as Acting Chairman since Oct. 1, 2010.
