Osaka Securities Exchange: SPAN Parameter Updated - January 17, 2011 - January 21, 2011

OSE has set up SPAN Parameter for calculating margin requirements as follows. This SPAN Parameter is used for calculating "SPAN Risk Parameter Files" which are distributed on a daily basis. OSE sets and publishes new Parameters on the first business day of each week, which are applicable from the first business day of the next week.

The Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (HKICS) in Shanghai yesterday, with an aim to better meet the demand of the increasingly developed securities market as well as jointly impel the professional growth of secretaries to directorate in China’s mainland. SSE Vice President Zhou Qinye and HKICS President April Chan attended the signing ceremony.

(CS&Co.) with making misleading statements regarding the Schwab YieldPlus Fund and failing to establish, maintain and enforce policies and procedures to prevent the misuse of material, nonpublic information. NYSE Liffe’s Milling Wheat Futures Added To RICI® Index

NYSE Euronext, today announced that its Milling Wheat Futures Contract has been added to the benchmark Rogers International Commodity Index® (RICI®) for the first time. The index gives NYSE Liffe’s Milling Wheat a weight of 1%. NYSE Liffe’s Milling Wheat Futures is the second NYSE Liffe contract to join the index. The Rapeseed Futures contract was added to the RICI® index in January last year.
