("TSE") hereby releases the English translation of the Interim Proposal based on discussions in the meetings of the Legislative Council Companies Act Sub-Committee (the "Sub-Committee"). On December 14, 2011, the Ministry of Justice released the Japanese original of the Interim Proposal and its Supplementary Explanation on its website below and began soliciting public comments on said proposal.
