UK's Financial Services Authority: Update On Capital Resources Requirements For Personal Investment Firms (PIFs)

The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has deferred the introduction of new capital rules for personal investment firms for two years to allow firms more time to prepare.

Dubai Financial Market Company (PJSC) announced today its financial results for the second quarter of the year ending June 30^th 2011, recording a net profit of AED 14.71 million, a 46% decrease compared to the corresponding quarter of 2010, and a 600% increase compared to the first quarter of 2011.

Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Friday, July 29, 2011:

• Culane Energy Corp. (TSXVN:CLN) will be removed from the index. The shares of the company have been acquired by Killam Acquisition Company Ltd. for $C2.32 cash per share.
