        Tokyo Stock Exchange And NYSE Euronext Sign Master Agreement Regarding Mutual Network ConnectionDate 07/12/2011 Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (Location: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO: Atsushi Saito; hereinafter, "TSE") and NYSE Euronext (Location: New York, NY, CEO: Duncan Niederauer) have signed a "Master Agreement" regarding a mutual connection between TSE's arrownet™ and NYSE Euronext's Secure Financial Transaction Infrastructure (SFTI®). The Master Agreement comes as a result of the collaboration initiated by an LOI signed by both parties on March 1st,2011 (US time).

        NYSE Euronext Announces Trading Volumes For November 2011 - Global Derivatives ADV Up 1% Year-Over-Year - U.S. Equity Options ADV Up 10% - European Cash ADV Up 8% - U.S. Cash ADV Down 10%Date 07/12/2011 NYSE Euronext (NYX) today announced trading volumes for its global derivatives and cash equities exchanges for November 20111. Global derivatives average daily volume ("ADV") of 8.3 million contracts in November 2011 increased 0.7% versus the prior year with U.S. equity options increasing 10%. Cash equities ADV in November 2011 were mixed, with European cash trading ADV increasing 8.4% and U.S. cash trading ADV decreasing 9.9% from November 2010 levels.

(issuer symbol: ISLA) to trading. The first day of trading will be 7 December, 2011. This is the first listing of a bond issued by an Icelandic financial company since the collapse in Iceland in 2008.

        Shanghai Stock Exchange Large-Cap Equal Weight Index To Be RenamedDate 07/12/2011 Shanghai Stock Exchange and China Securities Index today together announced that SSE Large-Cap Equal Weight Index will be renamed SSE 50 Equal Weight Index on Dec 22nd 2011. The shortened name will be changed into SSE 50 EWI. The index's Chinese full name as well as its Chinese shortened name will also be changed accordingly. The index methodology remains the same.
