    Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) welcomes Daryl Ho, the new Executive Director (Monetary Management) of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) to its Risk Management Committee (Statutory) (RMC). The appointment was in accordance with the Securities and Futures Ordinance.  Daryl Ho replaced Clara Chan, the former HKMA’s Executive Director (Monetary Management), on the RMC.

    Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) continues to investigate and handle abnormal trading activities and violations for the purposes of performing front-line market supervision responsibilities, regulating futures trading activities, preventing and mitigating market risks and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of market participants. In October 2023, 38 cases of abnormal trading and ten violation clues were investigated and handled.
