Monetary Authority Of Singapore Takes Civil Penalty Enforcement Action Against Mr Loh Ah Lay Richard For Insider Trading

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has taken civil penalty enforcement action against Mr Loh Ah Lay Richard for insider trading under Section 219(2)(a) of the Securities and Futures Act (SFA).
Tokyo Commodity Exchange: TOCOM Gold Renews All-Time High In Two Consecutive Days

Tokyo Commodity Exchange, Inc, announced that its December 2013 Gold futures contract (back contract month) temporarily reached 4,821 yen per gram during today’s session. This is the highest price recorded since the listing of gold futures contract at TOCOM on March 23, 1982 renewing in the two consecutive business days after January 11, 2013. Daily trading volume of Gold futures (standard) was 71,572 contracts (including 55,356 contracts traded for December 2013 contract) and the entire TOCOM market to 154,627 contracts.

Recently, Shenzhen Stock Exchange officially release Standards for Public Condemnation on Companies Listed on SME Board (hereinafter is referred as SME Standards for Public Condemnation), which defines the standards for actions that elicit public condemnation on companies listed on SME Board. The Standards, which will come into effect immediately, further improve the mechanism of discipline punishment, self-discipline, supervision and law enforcement.
