Boerse Stuttgart Bondm Segment For Medium-Sized Enterprises - Ekosem-Agrar Issues Second Bond In Bondm Segment - Investors Can Subscribe To The New Bond Issue Starting On 26 November

Ekosem-Agrar GmbH is to issue a second corporate bond in Boerse Stuttgart’s Bondm trading segment. Investors will have the opportunity to subscribe to the company’s corporate bond issue starting on 26 November 2012. With a total volume of up to EUR 60 million, the bond issue from Ekosem-Agrar matures in 2018 and has a coupon of 8.5 percent. Private investors can purchase bonds on the Stuttgart Stock Exchange by sending a buy order directly to their house bank. The bond issue bears the ISIN DE000A1R0RZ5 and is denominated in nominal units of EUR 1,000.
