ICE Futures U.S. Announces June 6 Launch of 10 New FX Futures Contracts; Adds FX Futures to Member Firm Fee Program
IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE), a leading operator of global regulated futures exchanges, clearing houses and over-the-counter (OTC) markets, today announced the launch of 10 new foreign exchange futures contracts on ICE Futures U.S. The currency pair contracts feature new contract sizes and will be available for the trade date of Monday, June 6, 2011. With the products announced today, ICE will offer more than 60 FX futures contracts, including the industry benchmark ICE U.S. Dollar Index.

Deutsche Börse Monthly Carbon Report Reveals Lower Carbon Emissions In 2011 - January And February Emissions In Europe Lower Than In 2010 - Impact Of “Fukushima” And Ensuing Energy Discussion On Carbon Emissions To Be Seen In Following Reports
The newest Monthly Carbon Report (MCR) from Deutsche Börse – Market Data & Analytics shows that effective carbon emissions for the EU27 countries decreased versus 2010. Carbon emissions in January and February 2011 totalled 323,3 million tonnes versus 337,7 million tonnes in the same time period 2010. The impact of the energy discussion in Europe that followed the Fukushima incident will be seen in reports throughout the year.

HKEx Arrangements For Adjustment Of Zijin Mining Options
Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) has announced the arrangements for the adjustment to the contract terms of all open Zijin Mining options contracts in existence after the market close on 10 June 2011 to account for Zijin Mining’s bonusissue comprising an additional five ordinary shares for each 10 ordinary shares held.

SGX Proposes Two Initiatives To Improve Market Transparency In Opening And Closing Trading Routines
Singapore Exchange (“SGX”) is consulting the public on two proposed improvements to the pre-opening and pre-closing routines of the securities market. The proposals will enhance the price discovery process and strengthen market transparency. Together with other initiatives including a reduction in the minimum bid size of securities from 4 July 2011, these new improvements are expected to enhance the market.
