  • Pakistan Mercantile Exchange BoD Appoints New Chairman

    Shazad G Dada has been elected as the new Chairman of the Board of Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX). In its meeting held on December 5th, the Board unanimously elected Shazad G Dada as the new Chairman along with welcoming all the new directors to the Board of the Exchange. SECP has appointed Shazad Dada, Muhammad Hanif Jakhura and Syed Ali Sultan as independent directors to the Board of PMEX.

  • Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange Adopts Pre-Closing Session Call Auction

    Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) announced its decision to implement a new mechanism to calculate the closing prices and its shift to a new free-float index.   This move comes in the continuous efforts of ADX to develop its operations in accordance with the best international standards applied in the field.  The new mechanism will go into effect starting 2013.
