Starting on 3 June 2013, investors will have the opportunity to subscribe to the company’s corporate bond issue. With a total volume of up to EUR 13 million, the bond issue from More & More AG matures in 2018 and has a coupon of 8.125 percent. Investors can purchase bonds on the Stuttgart Stock Exchange by sending a buy order directly to their house bank. The bond issue bears the ISIN DE000A1TND44 and is denominated in nominal units of EUR 1,000.

Japan Securities Clearing Corporation, a subsidiary of JPX, and Japan Government Bond Clearing Corporation, an affiliate of JPX, started discussions on a merger as disclosed in the release "Start of Discussions on Merger between Japan Securities Clearing Corporation and Japan Government Bond Clearing Corporation" dated March 7, 2013.
