BME: IGBM Index New Composition For The Second Half 2013 - The Index Will Comprise 107 Stocks, After Three Inclusions And Eight Exclusions

The Indice General de la Bolsa de Madrid (IGBM) Management Committee has decided, in accordance with the technical provisions for the composition, calculation and sectoral division of the IGBM index family, to approve the composition of the IGBM and Indice Total indices for the second half of 2013.

The Iraq Stock Exchange Upgrades To NASDAQ OMX's X-Stream Technology

The NASDAQ OMX Group (Nasdaq:NDAQ) has entered an agreement with the Iraq Stock Exchange (ISX) to upgrade its current trading platform. Under the terms of the agreement, ISX will replace its existing NASDAQ OMX platform (Horizon) with one powered by the renowned X-stream technology. The upgrade is expected to be rolled out by mid-year 2014.

GETCO Holding Company LLC (GETCO) and Knight Capital Group Inc. (Knight) (NYSE:KCG), which earlier this week announced shareholder approval of the merger that will form KCG Holdings, Inc., today announced the combination of each firm's Designated Market Maker (DMM) units. Effective July 2, 2013, the listed securities of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and NYSE MKT DMM units of Knight and GETCO will trade through one broker-dealer, Knight Capital Americas LLC.

Another Lithuanian company has been newly listed on the WSE Main Market today. AviaAM Leasing is the 54^th foreign issuer listed on the WSE and the 3^rd foreign company to introduce its shares to the Main Market in 2013. The issuer is also the 442^nd company listed on the WSE Main Market and the 10^th new listing on the market in 2013.

Thank you very much. It's a pleasure for me to be here at the Council on Foreign Relations, and I look forward to our conversation. To get things going, I thought I would start with some brief remarks on the current state of play in monetary policy. As you know, at the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) meeting last week, we opted to keep our asset purchase program running at the rate of $85 billion per month. But there has been much discussion about recent changes in our communication, both in the formal FOMC statement, as well as in Chairman Bernanke's post-meeting press conference. I'd like to offer my take on these changes, as well as my thoughts on where we might go from here. But before doing so, let me note that I am speaking for myself, and that my views are not necessarily shared by my colleagues on the FOMC.
Monetary Authority Of Singapore Introduces Debt Servicing Framework For Property

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) will introduce a Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR) framework for all property loans granted by financial institutions (FIs) to individuals1. This will require FIs to take into consideration borrowers’ other outstanding debt obligations when granting property loans. They will help strengthen credit underwriting practices by FIs and encourage financial prudence among borrowers.

The placement volume in shares at the IPO totalled approximately 19.81 million (including an over-allotment of about 2.58 million shares). The placement price was €24.00 and the initial listing price €24.19.
