SEC Announces Non-Prosecution Agreement With Ralph Lauren Corporation Involving FCPA Misconduct

The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced a non-prosecution agreement (NPA) with Ralph Lauren Corporation in which the company will disgorge more than $700,000 in illicit profits and interest obtained in connection with bribes paid by a subsidiary to government officials in Argentina from 2005 to 2009. The misconduct was uncovered in an internal review undertaken by the company and promptly reported to the SEC.

Ekotechnika GmbH is to issue a corporate bond in Boerse Stuttgart’s Bondm trading segment. Starting on 29 April 2013, investors will have the opportunity to subscribe to the company’s corporate bond issue. With a total volume of up to EUR 60 million, the bond issue from Ekotechnika matures in 2018 and has a coupon of 9.75 percent. Investors can purchase bonds on the Stuttgart Stock Exchange by sending a buy order directly to their house bank. NASDAQ OMX Completes Acquisition Of 25% Stake In Dutch Derivatives Trading Venue TOM

The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: NDAQ) today announced that it has received the necessary regulatory approval for the completion of its acquisition of 25 percent of the Dutch cash equity and equity derivatives trading venue TOM, The Order Machine. The agreement also includes an option for NASDAQ OMX to acquire an additional 25.1 percent of the remaining shares to secure a majority stake in TOM.
