Euronext Amsterdam’s AEX-Index Mini Futures Contract And Euronext Paris’s CAC40 Index Mini Futures Contract Have Been Deemed Certified And May Be Offered To U.S. persons Through Direct Access Effective September 13, 2013

On August 21, 2013, NYSE Euronext (Euronext) requested accelerated Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) review of its Euronext Amsterdam AEX-Index mini futures contract and its Euronext Paris CAC40 Index mini futures contract so that they may be offered to U.S. persons. Euronext also requested that the contracts may be made available through direct access terminals in the United States.

HKEx: Stock Exchange Publishes New Statement On Enforcement Of Listing Rules And Implements New Procedures For Disciplinary Action Involving Listing Rules

The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Exchange), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), published today (Friday) a new statement on its approach to enforcement of its Listing Rules (Enforcement Statement), and implemented new procedures for disciplinary matters involving breaches of the Listing Rules (New Procedures). The New Procedures will apply to disciplinary proceedings commencing from today.
UK’s Financial Conduct Authority: AXA Fined And Reviews Investment Sales For Advice Failings

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has fined AXA Wealth Services Ltd (AXA) £1,802,200 for failing to ensure it gave suitable investment advice to its customers. The failings put a significant number of customers at risk of buying unsuitable products. Many of AXA’s shortcomings only came to light during a review by the FCA.
