Launched on 3 June 2014 and ended 20 June 2014, the issue was open to individual and institutional investors. Bonds began trading on 26 June 2014.

    Commenting on today’s recommendations from the Financial Policy Committee, the Financial Conduct Authority said:

    "Following the FPC’s recommendations today, the FCA will consult on general guidance which will provide details on how we propose to follow the recommendation on loan to income ratios. This will include how we will calculate and apply the de minimis £100 million threshold and the ratios.

  • HKFE Announces Revised Margins For Futures Contracts

    Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited (HKFE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), has announced that with effect from the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 2 July 2014, the minimum margins to be collected by an Exchange Participant from its clients in respect of their dealings in the following futures contracts will be as outlined in the table. The adjustments are based on the clearing company’s normal procedures and standard margining methodology.
