SIX To Become Clearstream’s Latest D7 Digital Market Partner For International Reference Data Distribution

SIX is delighted to announce its partnership with Clearstream in order for the Connexor service of SIX to become D7 Digital Market Partner to process and distribute reference data of financial instruments. SIX will connect its flagship service for reference data, Connexor, with D7. D7 is Deutsche Börse’s digital post-trade platform for digitizing financial instruments, which allows for the issuance of electronic securities, operating under the German eWpG regulation. This move comes in response to a regulatory directive as well as market needs for standardization, representing a significant leap towards a digital and efficient future for financial markets.

HKEX 2023 Consolidated Financial Statements

HKEX has delivered the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2022 to the Registrar of Companies as required by section 662(3) of, and Part 3 of Schedule 6 to, the Companies Ordinance and will deliver the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023 in due course.

Japan Financial Services Agency: Summary Of The Result Of The International Roundtable On Understanding Credibility Of Transition Plan

Recognizing global momentum of financial institutions developing their transition plans towards net-zero or low carbon society, the Financial Services Agency (FSA) held a virtual roundtable, “International Roundtable on Understanding Credibility of Transition Plan” on November 6 and 10, 2023. The roundtable intended to promote financial supervisors’ better understanding on the way  to prevent greenwashing and the relationship between transition planning/plans and risks and opportunities of financial institutions.

Shanghai Gold Exchange: Notice On Adjusting Margin Rate And Price Limit Of Certain Contracts

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Measures for the Administration of Risk Control of Shanghai Gold Exchange," SGE will adjust the margin rates and price limit for gold and silver deferred contracts, and the margin for performance-guarantee price asking  contracts.
