Night Session Volume Accounted Highest Proportion In August At TOCOM

Trading volume from the night sessions during the month of August 2014 accounted for 44.9% (with 666.010 contracts) of the total monthly volume recording the largest proportion since the launch of the night session in May 2009.

TOCOM Palladium Reached 3,000 Yen Per Gram - 13 Year High

August 2015 Palladium futures contract (most active/back contract month) reached 3,000 yen per gram during the sessions for August 29. The settlement price for the day is also 3,000 yen per gram, which marked the highest since March 19, 2001 (approx. 13 years and 5 months).

ACER Publishes Its First Cross-Border Cost-Allocation Decision

ACER published today its first decision on Cross-Border Cost-Allocation (CBCA) in the field of Projects of Common Interest (PCIs) for Trans-European Energy Infrastructure. This ACER decision on the Gas interconnection Poland Lithuania (GIPL) defines the cross-border cost allocation among the Transmission System Operators of the Member States concerned (Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia) and the way in which the costs of the investments are reflected in the transmission tariffs in these countries.

UK's Financial Conduct Authority Bans And Fines Former Burlington Director For Dishonest Involvement In The Sale Of Unregulated Collective Investment Schemes To Retail Customers

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has fined Craig Cameron £350,000 and banned him from any involvement in FCA authorised firms, after it found that he lacked honesty and integrity in relation to the promotion of three unregulated collective investment schemes (UCIS) to retail investors.
