With the end of disclosure period for the first half of 2015, forty two companies out of the forty three listed companies at Qatar Exchange (QE) have disclosed their financial statements results for the six month period ended June 30, 2015, The combined net profit of all companies as of June 30, 2015 amounted to QR 24.3 billion versus QR 21.6 billion for the corresponding period in 2014, an increase of 12.23%.

SEC: Three Maryland Men Settle Charges They Defrauded Investors In Real Estate Investment Company

The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced that three Maryland men have agreed to settle charges that they defrauded investors in a company that owns and operates residential and commercial real estate.  Boston-based Signator Investors Inc. and one of its supervisors agreed to settle separate charges that they failed to supervise two of the men who worked in Signator’s Maryland office.
