Euronext Welcomes a.s.r - a.s.r. Beats New Record Being The Largest IPO On Euronext Year To Date

a.s.r.(ticker symbol: ASRNL), a leading Dutch insurance company, began trading today on the Amsterdam market of Euronext after its successful Initial Public Offering (IPO). With a total offering value of approximately€ 1,018 billion a.s.r. is the largest IPO on Euronex year to date. The total market capitalisation of a.s.r. at opening was € 3,068billion.

A total of 21'045'833 transactions were conducted on SIX Swiss Exchange and SIX Structured Products Exchange Ltd since the start of 2016. This marks a year-on-year decrease of 4.8%. There have been 20'165'056 trades in the Equities including Funds + ETPs segment. Since the start of 2016, trading turnover across all securities has fallen by 10.4% in total to CHF 568.9 billion. With the exception of the Bonds non-CHF segment, turnover is down year-on-year across all segments.

XII Forms Joint Working Group With GLEIF To Tackle Legal Identity In XBRL

The XBRL International Best Practices Board (BPB), in cooperation with the Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF), is forming a working group to examine and make concrete recommendations about the best ways to create consistency in referencing legal identity within XBRL documents. The WG will explicitly develop recommendations about the consistent use of Legal Entity Identifiers (LEIs) within XBRL taxonomies and instance documents.
