William Hague Joins Board Of Directors Of Intercontinental Exchange - Named Incoming Chairman Of ICE Futures Europe

Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE:ICE), the leading global network of exchanges and clearing houses, today announced that Right Honourable William Hague has joined the Boards of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. and ICE Futures Europe. Mr. Hague will assume the role of Chairman of ICE Futures Europe in January 2016, succeeding Sir Bob Reid who is retiring from that role after 16 years of service. Sir Bob Reid continues as the Chairman of ICE Clear Europe through 2015.

ISDA Launches New Industry Initiative For A Derivatives Product Identification Standard

The International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA) has launched a new industry data project, aimed at developing an open-source standard derivatives product identification system that can be applied consistently and comprehensively across all derivatives facilities, including trading venues, clearing houses, repositories and other infrastructures.

Eurex Expands Product Offering On European Government Bonds - Futures Contracts On Spanish Government Bonds Available As Of 26 October

Eurex Exchange, the international derivatives marketplace of Deutsche Börse Group, will offer a new interest rate future based on the long-term bonds issued by the Spanish government, starting 26 October 2015. The new Euro-Bono-Futures contract represents an important addition to the existing range of efficient and cost-effective hedging instruments on the European government bond market, complementing Eurex’s already listed long-term interest rate derivatives products such as Bund-, BTP- and OAT-Futures.

Securities Commission Malaysia - High Court Affirms Conviction On Misleading Disclosures

The Kuala Lumpur High Court today dismissed the appeal by two former independent directors of Transmile Group Berhad against their conviction and sentence for knowingly authorising the furnishing of a misleading statement to Bursa Malaysia in 2007.
