Deutsche Börse: Component Changes Made To Dow Jones EURO STOXX 50 Index
STOXX Limited, the leading provider of European equity indices, today announced component changes in the Dow Jones EURO STOXX 50 Index due to the application of the fast exit rule. In the index, Volkswagen AG (Germany, Automobiles & Parts, VOW.XE) will be replaced by Unibail-Rodamco S.A. (France, Real Estate, UL.FR).

Statement From Chairman Schapiro On Proposed Budget For SEC
The following is a statement from SEC Chairman Mary L. Schapiro regarding the President's FY 2011 budget request of $1.258 billion for the SEC, which represents a 12 percent increase over its FY 2010 budget: "If enacted, the President's request will do a great deal to help us keep pace with the continuing growth of the markets and provide necessary resources to support important regulatory initiatives in 2011."

The Options Industry Council Announces January Options Trading Volume Increased 21%
The Options Industry Council (OIC) announced today that total options trading volume in January came in at 311,561,541 options contracts, representing a 20.85 percent increase compared to January 2009 volume when 257,813,513 contracts changed hands.

Kansas City Board Of Trade Announces Record Member Dividend Of $22,000 Per Share
The board of directors of the Kansas City Board of Trade at their regular January 26 board meeting declared a 2010 dividend for all equity shareholders (Class “AA” Members) of record as of Nov. 24, 2009. A record-high dividend of $22,000 per share is to be paid in January 2010. The dividend is based on the 2009 earnings of the corporation.
