The Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange announced that it will launch Pure Terephthalic Acid (PTA) futures, which is approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), in later December.
PTA will be the first futures product in the world. Its trading will provide the industry participants and investors with risk management tools and bench mark price.
ZCE has held seminars and training classes for the market participants since April, and today a two-day (December 11-12) online mock trading was started.?
