Zelig Associates Advises QuantHouse On Its EUR39m Sale To IRESS

  • Zelig Associates also advised QuantHouse on the sale of the company to S&P Global in 2012 and the buyback of the company by the founder in 2017

IRESS today announced it has acquired QuantHouse, a leading international provider of market data and trading infrastructure.

IRESS is a leading technology company providing software for financial services, including for trading and market data, investment management and financial advice. IRESS is a publicly listed company on the Australian Securities Exchange (IRE.ASX) with a market cap of 2.5B AUD and employing 1,850 people across the UK, South Africa, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

QuantHouse operates internationally, with a focus on Europe, North America and Asia, providing more than 145 data feeds from exchanges and other data providers to clients globally.
