S&T AG is launching a corporate bond in Deutsche Börse’s Entry Standard. The bond with the ISIN: DE000A1HJLL6 can be subscribed from today until 17 May, subject to early termination of subscription in case of high demand. It has a volume of up to €15 million, runs until 22 May 2018 and has an interest rate of 7.25 percent. Its nominal denomination is €1,000.
Trading is planned to commence on 22 May 2013. Applicant and specialist is Close Brothers Seydler Bank AG.

Austrian company S&T AG describes itself as a system house and manufacturer of IT systems among the leading providers of IT solutions in Central and Eastern Europe. Its workforce of 1,600 generated revenue of €340 million in financial year 2012.
