Xetra/FWB: Homann Holzwerkstoffe Plans Bond In Entry Standard

Homann Holzwerkstoffe GmbH is planning a corporate bond in Deutsche Börse’s Entry Standard. The bond (ISIN: DE000A1R0VD4) has a volume of €50 million, runs until December 2017 and has an interest rate of 7.00 percent. Its nominal denomination is €1,000.

Trading is planned to commence on 14 December 2012. Close Brothers Seydler Bank AG is the specialist.
 
“We welcome Homann Holzwerkstoff GmbH's planned bond to the Entry Standard for bonds. The segment has developed into an established market place which was the first choice of the majority of issuers this year,” said Barbara Georg, Head of Listing and Issuer Services at Deutsche Börse.

“We intend to use the inflowing funds from the bond issue to promote further internal and external growth”, said Fritz Homan, CEO of Homann Holzwerkstoffe GmbH. “We focus in particular on investing in the extension and the modernization of the finishing plant located in Krosno, Poland, and we intend to expand our present capacities by acquiring further companies and production facilities.”
